Review Policy

Only verified customers with a completed confirmed booking may submit a review.
Reviews must reflect the reviewer's genuine, first-hand experience.
Reviews may be posted publicly (with display name) or anonymously (internal identity recorded for moderation).
Merchants may post one public response per review.
Reviews will not be removed solely because they are negative or unflattering to a Merchant.
KeepMyBooking may remove reviews that are defamatory, false and malicious, in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or submitted by an ineligible reviewer.
KeepMyBooking does not edit review content prior to publication but may moderate post-publication.
Merchants may flag a review for investigation via the Platform's reporting function.
