Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to all users of the KeepMyBooking Platform (consumers and Merchants)
Prohibited Content
Users must not post, transmit, or display any content that:
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory on any protected basis.
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any person including that of KeepMyBooking
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
- Relates to or facilitates illegal activity.
- Violates any applicable law or regulation in Australia or New Zealand.
Prohibited Conduct
- Creating fake reviews, ratings, or accounts.
- Circumventing the Platform's fee or payment structure.
- Using automated tools to access or scrape Platform data.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform's infrastructure.
- Impersonating any person, business, or organisation.
- Using customer contact information obtained through the Platform for unsolicited marketing.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or permanent banning, or referral to law enforcement, at KeepMyBooking's discretion.
