Intellectual Property Infringement Requests

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, submit a takedown request to [email protected] including: your name and contact details, a description of the IP alleged to be infringed, the location of the infringing content on the Platform, a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We will acknowledge within 2 to 5 business days and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or referral to the content poster.

Other Takedown Requests

For takedown requests not related to intellectual property (e.g., defamatory content, Acceptable Use Policy violations, privacy breaches), submit a report via the Platform's in-app reporting function or email [email protected]. We will assess requests in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Complaint Handling Policy.
